Martyn Joseph is a performer like no other: Shades of Springsteen, John Mayer, Bruce Cockburn and Dave Matthews there may be - but he stands in his own right, built on a reputation for giving what thousands have described as the best live music experience of their lives delivering his "songs of lyrical intelligence" according to BBC Radio 2's Bob Harris.

Back with Knightly again

Went to a Show Of Hands show in Coalport near Telford last night. Had never seen Steve Knighty and Phil Beer play before and it was great. Phil is a wonderful musician and plays a great fiddle. I joined them for `Cardiff Bay` and `The Flood`. Steve and i are talking about a tour together early in the new year, maybe a CD too. Drove home through torrential rain and hit Cardiff around 1.30am. Going into a local school to do a songwriting class tommorow.
